Position Overview
The incumbent of this position will support the planning and execution of new Advisor transitions on a national scope. They will support the team with the transition process and ensuring advisor arrival readiness. This is a temporary full time position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize Due Diligence and Registration documentation for license transfer process
- Coordinate the licensing documentation between the new team and the Registrations department to ensure activation upon hire
- Provide on-site support at all transitions to assit with client communications, documentation preparation and training
- Liaise with Branch Administrators to coordinate technology and on-site requirements for all new recruits and their team members
- Liaise with the IT group to ensure set-up upon team’s arrival and to manage any technology issues that may arise during transition
- Communicate with the Operations department to ensure processes and team and client inquiries addressed quickly
- Assist Advisor teams with account opening on Dataphile and preparing new client packages for client delivery, in an accurate and timely manner
- Train Advisor teams with internal and external platforms for client account opening and transfer process
- Provide teams with introductory technology overview of email, telephone, VPN, computer login and Jabber (Cisco messaging platform)
- Work closely with Branch Management post-transitions to monitor team progress and provide support as required
- Maintain Branch Management onboarding site with process and documentation / tools / resources
- Maintain transition sharepoint site with recruit files and documentation
- Coordinate and order supplies for upcoming transitions
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years transition and/or training experience or related direct retail brokerage/wealth management experience
- Strong communication skills

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
