Turning a dream of entrepreneurship into reality is one way for many women to take control of their careers, but it also means navigating complex financial decisions, say Mary Ellen Byrne, Senior Wealth Advisor and Susan Daley, Senior Investment Advisor at Richardson Wealth. Getting the right financial advice is key, but it’s not just about numbers – it’s about building confidence.

“Planning provides clarity in a world where you can’t really have certainty,” says Ms. Byrne.

“Good advice isn’t just about saving or investing as much as possible,” Ms. Daley says. “It’s about understanding what you want to achieve and how to make it fit your life.”
