Get to know Richardson Wealth to make sure we are a good fit for you. If the answer is yes, apply for a position that can help you leverage your skills and experience and tell us a bit about yourself.

We will review resumes and contact candidates that we feel are a good fit for us. First a phone interview will be arranged with you to ask a few questions and if all goes well, we will set up a face-to-face interview so we can get to know each other better. Be prepared and be yourself, ask us questions and let’s talk about values and principles.

Once we have met with our candidates, we will be in touch with some feedback or with an offer. We hope to welcome you on the team!

Q. Can I apply for more than one job?
A. You can apply for more than one position that may interest you. Please submit a separate application for each one while considering applying for the roles for which your skills and experience would be a fit.

Q. Can I apply for a job through social media websites?
A. All our jobs are posted on our Careers page. We also sometimes post on external job boards and social media sites; follow instructions on the site and remember to upload your resume before applying.

Q. There isn’t a specific job I am applying for, but I am interested in working at Richardson Wealth. Can I still submit my resume?
A. We are always looking for talent. Submit your resume to Careers@RichardsonWealth.com and we will notify you when a role that fits your profile opens.

Q. I applied for a job but haven’t heard back, what are the next steps?
A. We send a confirmation email when we receive your application. We will contact you, should we decide to move forward with an interview. If we have already been in touch but you have not heard back in a while, contact the recruiter directly to find out where things stand.
