Krista has been with the company for more than 10 years, providing legal advice and counsel across the business including the Board of Directors of the firm’s parent company, RF Capital Group, and leading the Richardson Wealth legal team. Prior to joining RF Capital, Krista was an associate with a leading Toronto-based law firm, where her practice focused on corporate and securities law, mergers & acquisitions and regulation of Canadian financial services market participants.
Krista earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario and BA Psychology (Hons.) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Krista loves spending time both outdoors with her family, hiking and skiing, and indoors baking and reading.
