Lynne has been with Richardson Wealth (formerly Richardson GMP) since 2015 and brings over 30 years of human resources experience in national and global organizations in both the public and private sectors. Lynne’s focus at Richardson Wealth is on organization-wide change and leadership development.
Lynne has a BAA from Ryerson University and received the CHRP designation in 1987. She has graduated from numerous development opportunities in change management and leadership development and has completed the qualifications for “Partners and Directors and Senior Officers (PDO)”. She received the 2016 Women of Influence recognition award through Wealth Professionals, and is Board Chair of Horizons for Youth, an emergency shelter for youth ages 16-24.
When she’s not working, Lynne enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and new puppy at the cottage.
